At the beach

While this weekend everyone of my friends was either at an Amsterdam festival (Buiten Westen, Appelsap, Henk op de Helling), on holiday or at De Modefabriek me and my family went to the beach. I soaked up the sun and enjoyed a lovely meal while catching up with my parents. I discovered the nearest beach isn’t really that far from my home (I haven’t lived in Amsterdam for that long, so I’m still finding things out) yet it felt like a short vacation. Note to self: I should definitely do this more often.
